RETURN/REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, such as ebooks and online videos, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital content once the purchase is completed.
2. Physical Products
For physical products, such as DVDs and books, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be in its original, unused condition.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns of physical products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds for returned physical products will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
