This unique, proven teaching method allows the player to actually practice along with the video infront of the TV, much like an aerobic video. By learning the "motor skills" necessary to do the skill first, the player masters the essential skills before going outside to take them to game speed. This quickens the learning time as the skill is physically mastered and the young player is not left outside trying to remember what they were expected to remember. Once the player has mastered the skill, it is demonstrated against opponents using three different camera angles.
1)The defenders point of view, so you can see how the skill throws off the defender.
2)The attackers point of view, so you can see how to approach and when to perform the skill.
3) From a wide angle, to see the attacker and defender all in one continuous play. This also demonstrates the need to accellerate away from the opponent once you have used the skill.
Each skill is demonstrated ending with a shot on goal, to encourage players to not only perform the skill, but use it to get to goal.
We also provide fun timed exercises for the player, to challenge them to increase the speed of the skill. Excellent music adds to the energy and excitement.
